**Job Title: Car Sales Executive**

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrate vehicle features to customers during test drives and showroom visits.
- Actively promote and sell vehicles to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as active listening, rapport building, and objection handling, to convert leads into sales.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
