- **Product knowledge**: Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and pricing.
- **Sales and negotiation**: Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle performance, negotiate prices, and close sales by completing contracts.
- **Customer relationship management**: Follow up on leads, maintain rapport with previous customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative tasks**: Complete sales reports, manage customer records, and assist with showroom setup.
- **Financial guidance**: Guide customers through financing options and trade-in valuations.
- **Continuous learning**: Stay updated on industry trends, new car models, and sales techniques.
