**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Commis Chef** to join our culinary team. You will assist in food preparation and ensure high standards of hygiene and quality, supporting the senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes as per standard recipes.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety (as per FSSAI norms).
- Support CDPs and Sous Chefs in mise en place and service.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO method).
- Follow kitchen SOPs, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Report any maintenance or food quality issues to the supervisor.
- Be open to learning across different sections of the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel/restaurant/cloud kitchen).
- Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred (not mandatory).
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
