**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organizing events, including site selection, logístical arrangements, purchasing supplies, promoting events, scheduling and being the primary point of contact for the event.
- Produce schedules for everyday activities
- Assign responsibilities to the right people for special events
- Coordinate teams of volunteers for large-scale actions
- Communicate frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and well-placed
- Periodic evaluation of volunteers.
- Community outreach activities.
- Fundraising
- Disseminate information for upcoming actions and events
- Keep detailed records of volunteers’ information and assignments
- Εnsure the purpose of the organization and its actions is clearly communicated
- Other administrative and management duties as assigned.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Graduate/postgraduate in mass media or communications for development
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities
- A pleasant, outgoing personality
- Proficient in Hindi & English - both written and verbal.
- Ability to complete tasks according to timelines.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of projects at once.
- Outcome Oriented.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
