**Job Title : US IT Recruiter**

**Job Location : Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad**

**Work Timing : 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST(9 AM EST to 6 PM EST - Timings)**

**Experience : 2 to 3 Years**

**Openings: 3 positions**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly interacting with the Account Manager to understand the requirements.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicant’s abilities
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Effective use of effective sourcing strategies with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
- Responsible for handling different types of IT requirements for skills such as Java,.Net, Oracle, SAP,
- Embedded, Linux, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SDET, Product Owner, Project Manager etc.
- Must be a good team player and should be capable of interacting with the team members.
- Must have a good attitude and should show commitment to the given responsibilities.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Must have at least 2-3years of working experience with SI companies like (Persistent, Infosys, TechM, Wipro)
- Must have strong experience of end-to-end US IT Recruitment.
- Must have experience on the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting

resumes, interviews schedule, follow-ups.)
- Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
- Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal...
- Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Career Builder, Dice, Monster and Techfetch.
- Proficient in different Tax Terms Like W2, 1099 and C2C.
