Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry**:

- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms with speed and accuracy.
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and make necessary corrections.
- **Data Verification**:

- Review and verify the entered data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
- **Data Maintenance**:

- Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Organize and file electronic and hard copy documents as needed.
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform routine checks on data entries to ensure data quality and adherence to established standards.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to data entry procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in the development and updating of data entry manuals.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- **Deadline Management**:

- Meet established deadlines for data entry tasks.
- Prioritize and manage workload to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
