**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Management**:

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for all mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance activities.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance operations.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**:

- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct repairs on plano millers, lathe machines, cranes, sand plants, knock-out machines, and no-bake continuous mixing machines.
- **Inventory & Procurement**:

- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely procurement to prevent operational delays.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training for maintenance staff.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on maintenance performance metrics and recommend improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a foundry or railway casting environment.
- Proficient in maintenance and repair of plano millers, lathe machines, cranes, sand plants, knock-out machines, and no-bake continuous mixing machines.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Foundry: 8 years (preferred)
- Mechanical Maintenance: 8 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing Industry: 8 years (required)
