Store Keeper

**Job Requirements**
- Must have knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Maintain all inventory of Store's goods/material information accurately.
- To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.
- Maintain or Create Purchase Bill/Purchase Order along with Item details.
- To take safety measure for the safety by storehouse, material and men working in store.
- To issue materials to the departments as per the need and schedule.
- To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
- Maintain/Create Good Receipt Note (GRN) when the goods arrive in the Store.
- Maintain Stock Register (Physical Stock), Maintains daily receiving records up to date.
- Maintain Material Inward, Material Outward Information (Material Movement) of the Store.
- Receipt of material, physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day).
- Maintain all store reports, Maintain computerized inventory record.
- Monthly reconciliation.

**Qualification**
- Graduate (preferred)

**Experience**
- 3-5 years in construction (preferred)

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- construction line: 3 years (preferred)
