**Job Title**: Marketing Executive (Sales)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team at Irenic International Education Services Pvt. Ltd. The role involves both inside and outside sales and marketing efforts to promote our services and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients in-person and over calls to promote our services.
- Conduct field visits to establish and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing events, seminars, and workshops.
- Provide detailed information about our offerings and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure follow-ups for conversions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in sales and marketing (1-2 years preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
