Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and doctor consultant bookings.
- Handle basic data entry and update records accurately in the company's systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
