**Responsibilities**:
Assist customers in navigating our website, locating products, and placing orders.

Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, finding appropriate solutions, and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and communication logs in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Stay updated on JISORA's product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the relevant departments to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize processes.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment within the customer support team.

Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by actively participating in training programs and staying informed about industry trends.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience and efficiency.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.

A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of women's fashion trends and terminology.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.

A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to our customers.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
