Landscape Architect

The **Landscape Architect** is responsible for designing and developing innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing outdoor spaces. This role involves preparing landscape master plans, conceptual designs, and detailed construction drawings while ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. The Landscape Architect collaborates with clients, engineers, urban planners, and contractors to bring creative landscape solutions to life.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Landscape Design & Planning**:

- Develop **conceptual, schematic, and detailed landscape designs** for various projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces.
- Prepare **site analysis reports**, considering factors such as **topography, climate, vegetation, and soil conditions**.
- Create **hardscape and softscape plans**, including pathways, plant selection, water features, and outdoor furniture layouts.
- Incorporate **sustainable and eco-friendly design principles** to promote biodiversity and resource conservation.

**2. Drafting & Documentation**:

- Develop and oversee **CAD drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed construction documents**.
- Prepare **planting plans, irrigation layouts, grading plans, and material specifications**.
- Ensure **compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental policies**.
- Assist in preparing **tender documents, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates** for landscape projects.

**3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with **clients, contractors, and consultants** to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Present design concepts through **sketches, diagrams, presentations, and 3D renderings**.
- Coordinate with **urban planners, architects, civil engineers, and MEP teams** to integrate landscape elements into overall project development.
- Address **design feedback and revisions** to align with project goals and stakeholder inputs.

**4. Site Supervision & Project Management Support**:

- Conduct **site visits** to oversee landscape installation and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Assist in resolving **construction issues** related to landscape execution.
- Ensure **quality control and materials selection** align with approved specifications.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for **procurement of landscape materials**.

**5. Software & Tools Utilization**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, GIS, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign**.
- Use **3D modelling and rendering tools** to visualize landscape concepts effectively.
- Stay updated on **emerging digital tools and sustainable design technologies**.

**6. Environmental & Sustainable Design Considerations**:

- Implement **climate-responsive and water-efficient landscape strategies**.
- Promote the use of **native plant species and eco-friendly construction materials**.
- Ensure proper **stormwater management, erosion control, and irrigation planning**.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- **4-5 years** of experience in landscape design, urban planning, or environmental design projects and with a strong portfolio of **Commercial, Residential, ECO Parks and public projects**..
- Strong understanding of **landscape construction methods, materials, and horticulture**.
- Experience working with **multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
