Title: Perfume Expert and Lab Technician

Description: Eastside, a burgeoning perfume brand, is seeking a skilled and experienced Perfume Expert and Lab Technician to join our team and spearhead the establishment of our perfume making unit. This individual will play a pivotal role in setting up our lab, crafting high-quality perfumes, and overseeing the production process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and organize the perfume making lab, ensuring it meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Source and procure necessary ingredients, including perfume oils, alcohol, and other components, while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and formulate unique perfume blends that align with Eastside's brand identity and customer preferences.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure consistency, stability, and adherence to fragrance profiles.
- Operate filling and packaging machinery efficiently and accurately, ensuring product integrity and presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and packaging designs.
- Maintain detailed records of formulas, production processes, and inventory levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ingredient innovations, and regulatory requirements related to perfume manufacturing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in perfume making, with a strong understanding of fragrance composition, blending techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in lab equipment operation, quality control procedures, and fragrance evaluation.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and safety protocols related to perfume production.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for creating exceptional fragrances that resonate with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in a perfume manufacturing or cosmetics production environment is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹9,227.93 - ₹26,082.96 per month
