**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Inspections and Audits**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, or equipment failures.
- Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to site managers and workers.
- **Compliance with Safety Regulations**:

- Ensure that the construction site complies with relevant local, state, and national safety laws, standards, and regulations.
- Maintain a working knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or other relevant regulatory agency standards.
- **Risk Assessment**:

- Perform risk assessments to evaluate potential risks and determine necessary precautions.
- Implement strategies to minimize risks and hazards on-site.
- **Safety Training and Education**:

- Provide training programs on safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety drills, and refreshers regularly.
- **Incident and Accident Reporting**:

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses on the construction site.
- Prepare detailed reports on the cause of accidents, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure proper documentation of all incidents for legal and compliance purposes.
- **Emergency Preparedness**:

- Develop and maintain an emergency response plan for the construction site.
- Ensure all workers are aware of emergency procedures, exit routes, and first aid locations.
- Coordinate with external emergency services when necessary.
- **Enforcing Safety Measures**:

- Enforce the use of PPE, safety gear, and safe working conditions.
- Stop any unsafe work practices immediately and correct them.
- Implement site-specific safety protocols for high-risk activities such as working at heights, electrical work, or handling hazardous materials.
- **Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all safety documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits or inspections.
- **Collaboration with Project Management**:

- Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and project managers to integrate safety into the project timeline.
- Advise on potential safety issues during planning and throughout construction phases.
- **Promoting a Safety Culture**:

- Encourage a safety-first mindset among all workers.
- Foster open communication channels for reporting safety concerns.
- Reward safe behavior and address violations promptly.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Degree in safety management, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Certifications**: Safety certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent are often required.
- **Experience**:Minimum 6 to 10 Years in High Rise building construction**:

- Qualification **:ADIS certification is mandatory**:

- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent communication and training skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
