- Reach out to customers who have already placed orders to gather feedback on their experience.
- Use feedback to identify areas of improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Engage in upselling or cross-selling other products based on customer preferences and purchase history.

**Broadcast Communication**:

- Ensure that promotional messages are personalized and engaging.
- Monitor the effectiveness of broadcast campaigns and suggest improvements where necessary.

**Customer Engagement and Support**:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with timely information about their orders, our products, and any relevant promotions.
- Handle queries or issues efficiently, maintaining professionalism and empathy.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and any actions taken.
- Update customer profiles in the CRM system for future reference.
- Report on telemarketing performance, providing insights and suggesting strategies for improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer engagement and sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
