**Job Title: Telemarketing Executive - Real Estate**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate properties and services.
**Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads through thorough research and analysis.
**Database Management**: Build and maintain a database of potential clients and prospects.
**Campaign Execution**:Develop and execute telemarketing campaigns to generate interest and secure appointments for sales representatives.
**Sales Pitches**: Deliver persuasive sales pitches over the phone to potential customers.
**Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to turn them into sales opportunities.
**Reporting**: Provide detailed and accurate reports on telemarketing activities and results to management.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the real estate industry.
**Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficient in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
**Attributes**:
