**Responsibilities**:
**Reel Crafting**:

- Develop and produce engaging, shareable reels that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and stands out in the digital landscape.

**Storytelling Mastery**:

- Transform concepts into compelling short-form videos that evoke emotion, tell a story, and leave a lasting impression.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life and contribute to the overall content strategy.

**Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor the performance of reels, analyze data, and derive insights to optimize future content.
- Experiment with different styles, formats, and trends to maximize virality and engagement.

**Innovation and Ideation**:

- Bring a constant stream of innovative ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute content that aligns with brand goals.

**Attention to Detail**:

**Qualifications**:
**Content Creation Expertise**:

- Proven experience in creating viral content, particularly in the realm of short-form videos and reels.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 per month
