**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging and on-brand Reels for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, marketing teams, and copywriters to plan and execute video content.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, audio trends, memes, and viral content formats.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and transitions that enhance viewer engagement.
- Edit raw footage into polished reels with attention to pacing, storytelling, and style.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Optimize reels for each platform, focusing on mobile-first formats.
- Track performance metrics and adapt content based on analytics and insights.
- Maintain a content calendar for reel releases across all platforms.
- Pitch new creative concepts and video content ideas regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating social media reels or short-form video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-first tools - InShot.
- Strong sense of visual design, typography, and motion graphics.
- Excellent storytelling and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific trends.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and adapt quickly to content shifts.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
