As a Sales Executive at AK INTERNATIONAL, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of high-quality home theater products, including Focal Naim and Monster Cable products. Your goal is to achieve sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable home theater solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Close sales and process transactions efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including technical specifications and features.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales performance and report to the Sales Manager.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Store Operations**:

- Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and organization.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or home theater industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales software.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

**Working Conditions**:

- Primarily in-store, with occasional off-site visits to customers or trade shows.

- Full-time, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
