**Job description**:
**Our Industry: Outsourcing/IT Services**

**-**High Volume call responsibility
- Should be flexible with time-based on Requirements
- Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference -checking, offer negotiations, and hiring

documentation.
- Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
