Job Title: Associate Architect

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Work with the chief architect to develop design concepts and construction documents for projects of varying scale and complexity.**
- **Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines.**
- **Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, specifications, and models.**
- **Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for project design.**
- **Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to integrate mechanical, electrical, and structural systems into project designs.**
- **Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.**
- **Participate in the construction administration process, including review of shop drawings and site visits.**
- **Assist in mentoring junior staff and interns.**
- **Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
