As an Autodesk 3ds Max Designer at MS Associates, you will play a crucial role in creating realistic 3D models and visualizations of architectural designs. You will collaborate closely with our architects, engineers, and clients to bring design concepts to life. Your technical expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering using Autodesk 3ds Max will be essential in producing visually appealing and immersive representations of architectural projects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
3D Modeling and Visualization: Utilize Autodesk 3ds Max software to create accurate and realistic 3D models of architectural designs.
Incorporate textures, materials, lighting, and realistic rendering to enhance visual quality.
Collaborate with architects to accurately represent design intent in 3D visualizations.
Produce high-quality renderings and animations for presentations and marketing materials.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the design team.
Assist in preparing design presentations and participate in client meetings as necessary.
Provide support in reviewing and coordinating design changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max software for 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
Familiarity with architectural standards, building codes, and construction techniques.
Strong understanding of materials, dimensions, and technical specifications.
Ability to interpret and incorporate design briefs and specifications into 3D models.

Creativity and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create visually stunning designs.
Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and realism in 3D models and renderings.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural visualization software.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Autodesk 3ds Max Designer in an architectural firm or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and other relevant visualization software tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural 3D modeling and visualization work.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
