**Job Title: Telecaller for Back Office & Education Counselling**

**Location**: Dr. V. S. Jadhav College - IISDET Airoli, Navi Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller for Education Counselling to join our dynamic team and help prospective students navigate their educational journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about the courses offered.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding admissions, courses, and other academic programs.
- **Counselling**:

- Counsel students and parents about the various educational programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and other related queries.
- Assist students in understanding the course curriculum and help them make informed decisions about their education.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to students who have shown interest or have applied for admission to ensure they have all the necessary information and support.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication with prospective students and parents.
- Input data into the college’s CRM system and ensure all information is kept confidential.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between students and the admissions team, providing feedback and insights to improve the counselling process.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, follow-ups, and conversion rates to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in any field. A background in education, communication, or marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling, preferably in education counselling or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems.
