
Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each individual customer and recommend suitable online IT training programs to meet their career goals and aspirations.
- Showcase the benefits and value of our training programs, addressing any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on the latest program offerings, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our training programs' features, curriculum, and delivery methods to articulate their advantages accurately.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, keeping detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their learning journey.
- Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with the product development team to improve our training programs based on market demands.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
