**Requirements**:
1. Education Qualification Min bachelor's degree

2. Security Experience min 5 yrs. in IT Industries

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally

6. Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.

7. Excellent management and Familiarity with report writing

8. Excellent customer service skills

9. Ability to successfully manage a team

10. Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.

11. Good track record of maintain documents and records

12. Excellent surveillance and observation skills

13. Trained in First Aid and Fire safety

14. Technical knowledge of security systems

15.Knowledge of Fire Safety Systems

16. Knowledge of Evacuation Procedures

17. Knowledge of handling emergency and fire service equipment's

18. Knowledge of Orientation to the new guards

19. Crisis Management & External support

20. Physical Fitness. He should be within a healthy weight range and exercise regularly

21. Min Height 5.5ft and above

22. Weight: Minimum 55 KG

23 Age Limit: Between 25 to 45 years

24. Physical Fitness anyone (Walking, Running, Gym, Swimming or Yoga)
