
Office Assistant

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve tea/coffee/water to **guests, directors, and staff** as required
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the office, meeting rooms, and reception area
- Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, courier drop-off/pick-up, etc.
- Monitor and manage pantry stock (tea, sugar, milk, etc.)
- Assist in setting up meetings and preparing refreshments when needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping or vendors for any maintenance issues
- Support the admin or team with small tasks as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10th pass (preferred)
- Polite, well-groomed, and punctual
- Trustworthy and responsible in handling day-to-day tasks
- Prior experience in office assistance or hospitality preferred
- Should maintain a neat appearance and follow office etiquette
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Morning shift
