As the face of our hotel, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From checking guests in and out, to handling inquiries and reservations, your role will be vital in creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Efficiently check guests in and out, processing payments and providing necessary information
- Assist guests with special requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the high standards of our hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction throughout their stay

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
