**Position: Hotel Receptionist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Relations**: Create a positive and welcoming experience for guests by providing excellent customer service at the front desk.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties, including managing phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or a background in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
