Job Summary: Visa Counselor is a very crucial role for an immigration company who maintains impeccable customer relationship and always acts in the interest of the client. Visa Counselor with his/her thorough process knowledge about Canada and Australia PR can impress upon the clients the value-add company brings and suggest solutions to clients which can help them increase their chances. Immigration process coordinator acts as a main driver for the customer satisfaction and repeat business of the company.

**Job Description**:
2. Demonstrate strong process knowledge and suggest right next steps to the client in order to increase the chances of immigration.

3. Answer all the queries clients have regarding the process and act as a primary escalation point.

4. Keep close eye on all the latest developments with respect to Canada and Australia PR and send new letters and articles to clients. (Can leverage content team for articles but context & details should be from CRM)

5. Maintain community of clients through FB and other social media platforms and keep them updated about latest news & developments.

6. Keep complete track of processing timelines for each customer and liaise with the processing team to and ensure timelines are adhered.

7. Motivate and encourage customers to provide feedback after each milestone achieved and ensure that feedback is provided.

8. Use customer relationships to generate referral business on mínimalistic targets. These can be commission based.

9. Always act both in the interest of client but ensure company reputation is kept intact under any circumstances without room for any negative reviews.

10. Should follow all the latest announcements/changes by Canada Immigration company and decode the same for company in the form of news letter/business opportunity/update to client.

Skills Required:
1. Very good communication in English and English

2. Very good knowledge of Canada and Australia PR process, all provinces PNP programs, Express Entry program, RCIC services, pilot programs, Job opportunities etc.

3. Ability to build very good human to human connect while being virtual.

4. Be available to customers during office hours and provide timely response.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
