At CIIS, we are seeking a talented **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team and drive our digital presence. If you're excited about creating engaging content, optimizing digital campaigns, and growing a brand through social media, we'd love to hear from you.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Digital Marketing Executive**, you'll play a key role in designing and executing creative campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across our digital channels. With a strong focus on social media, you’ll be responsible for creating dynamic content and managing paid and organic campaigns to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated digital marketer with a passion for creativity, strategy, and results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Execution**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring high engagement and consistent brand messaging.
- **Campaign Management**: Lead paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) from conception to execution, managing keyword research, ad copy, and targeting to drive traffic and conversions.
- **SEO & SEM**: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Optimize content for keywords and trends to increase website visibility.
- **Market Research & Trends**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, and sales) to ensure all digital assets align with business objectives and brand voice.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in **social media management, content creation, and digital advertising**.
- **Skills**:
1. Strong working knowledge of **Canva** and **Photoshop** for creating digital assets
2. Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and an understanding of their advertising capabilities.
3. Solid understanding of **SEO**, **SEM**, and **PPC** campaigns
4. Familiarity with **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads Manager**, and other digital marketing tools
5. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and platforms.
- **Analytical Mind set**: Ability to analyse data, track performance, and use insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
- **Creative**: A keen eye for design and content creation, with an ability to craft visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Adaptable**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualification**: A **Bachelor’s degree** in a related field.
