**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Contract Drafting and Review**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure that all contracts are legally sound, meet regulatory requirements, and align with the company’s policies and goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contract language.
- **Agreement Development**:
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored agreements that address the company's needs.
- Modify standard agreements and contract templates as necessary to reflect new legal developments or business practices.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., finance, procurement, business development) to ensure alignment in contract terms.
- **Legal Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide sound legal advice.
- Stay current on legal developments related to corporate law, contract law, and compliance requirements.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Support and lead negotiations with external parties, ensuring that contract terms are favorable to the company.
- Resolve any contract disputes or issues in collaboration with senior legal counsel.
- **Corporate Governance Support**:
- Assist in drafting corporate governance documents such as board resolutions, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
- Ensure that the company complies with corporate governance best practices and maintains proper corporate records.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Support the legal team in ensuring corporate compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Identify areas of legal risk and provide practical solutions to mitigate risks across different business units.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with senior corporate counsel and various business units to understand and meet the legal needs of the organization.
- Communicate legal concepts and risks clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases.

- Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
