Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans incorporating grammar, literature, vocabulary building, and language skills development, aligning with the curriculum. Classroom Instruction: Deliver interactive and engaging lessons using various teaching methods like discussions, debates, storytelling, and literature analysis. Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, presentations, and provide constructive feedback to improve learning. Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom. Communication Skills Development: Foster effective communication through oral presentations, writing exercises, and active listening practices. Literature Analysis: Guide students in analyzing literary texts, understanding themes, and developing critical thinking skills. Collaboration: Work with other teachers, parents, and school administration to support student learning. Extracurricular Activities: Participate in school events like debates, declamation contests, and literary clubs. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in English with a B.Ed Teaching Experience: Preferred experience teaching middle or high school English Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with students and parents Technology Skills: Familiarity with educational technology tools to enhance learning Key Skills: Creativity: Develop engaging lesson plans and activities to stimulate student interest Adaptability: Adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners Patience: Provide individual support to students who may require additional assistance Organizational Skills: Manage classroom effectively and maintain student records Positive Attitude: Foster a supportive and positive learning environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
