**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- **Assessment**:

- Design and administer assessments, tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer academic support and guidance to students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Address individual student needs and provide extra help as necessary.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and success.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and revise the curriculum as needed.
- Integrate innovative teaching strategies and technologies into the curriculum.
- Stay informed about developments in the field and incorporate them into teaching practices.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school events as required.
- **School Participation**:

- Participate in school-wide activities, events, and committees.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the school's mission and goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- TGT certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with students at the secondary level is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
