As a HR Associate, you will:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or Related Field. ( Fresher or Pursueing)**:

- **Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri etc)**:

- **Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods**:

- **Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- **A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations**:

- **Analytical and goal oriented**

**BENEFITS**:

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
