We are looking for Sales Executive (Field Sales Representative) for our company MAX Finance Insurance, both Freshers and experienced folks(1 year) can apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
Evaluate customer's skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
**Requirements**:
1) Min 12th pass, or graduate,
2) Must have a 2 wheeler
3) String Market Knowledge and network
4) Age group 24-40
5) HOUSEWIVES, RETIRED FINANCIAL DISTRIBUTORS who want to add an extra source of income can apply

No salary will be provided( Commission Based). The average Commission will be 20% of the Premium (% may vary depending upon the type of plan)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
