**Job Overview**:
As a Class Teacher - Preschool, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged between 3 to 5 years old. You will be responsible for creating lesson plans, preparing materials, and implementing age-appropriate activities to help children learn and develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement daily lesson plans for children aged between 3 to 5 years old.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.
- Prepare and organize age-appropriate learning materials and resources.
- Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through various activities and programs.
- Assess and record children's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's progress and needs.
- Attend parent-teacher conferences and meetings as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve teaching skills.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate teaching methods, and curriculum planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the classroom for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to interact with children and pick up objects.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

**Working Conditions**:

- Preschool classrooms can be noisy and hectic.
- May be exposed to bodily fluids and other materials associated with young children.
- Work schedule may include evenings and weekends for school events, meetings, or parent-teacher conferences

Pay: ₹9,728.85 - ₹31,026.25 per month
