**Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans in line with the pre-primary curriculum, focusing on a variety of learning domains, including cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development.**

**Classroom Management: Create a safe, engaging, and organized classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and encourages active participation.**

**Individualized Instruction: Recognize and cater to the diverse learning needs of each child, providing individualized attention and support as necessary.**

**Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress, organizing parent-teacher conferences, and addressing parental concerns.**

**Assessment: Implement age-appropriate assessment methods to evaluate students' developmental progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting results to parents and school administration.**

**Learning Resources: Utilize a variety of teaching aids, materials, and resources to enhance the learning experience, including educational games, books, and multimedia tools.**

**Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other pre-primary teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.**

**Professional Development: Stay informed about current trends and best practices in early childhood education, participating in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
