Timely generation and confirmation of PI's preparing costing sheet & Export, Imports documents & Bank documents for payments.

Preparation POs, in Tally

Checking on BL draft

Preparation of BL Draft/ Insurance OBC Copy.

Third Country Invoice & Packing List

Accuracy and Punctuality in preparing Insurance certificates for Export/Domestic/ Import documents requires for customs/shipment

To complete task on time to provide effective timely update for Management

Keep a track on the shorts & pending orders.

Checking the Commercial Invoice & Packing list of Suppliers as well as checking the Customer Comercial Invoice

Order statement to be updated and presented at start of the week

Timely updation of order management every week (Saturday)

Update the commercial and accounts department for shipments. Timely co-ordination the commercial/accounts/adminisration department

To complete task on time to provide effective timely update for Management

Updating the Offtake data for all the major customers as well as average customers. Making an Offtake statement as & when required as per the requirement.

**Job Competencies**:
**Knowledge**: Systems like Tally ERP SAP

**Skill**: Basic computer skills; MS Office, Excel, Problem solving skills

**Attitude**:Problem solving, methodical and Rational Approach, team-oriented approach

**Qualification & Age**:DME, BE, Any Graduate with Course of Foreign Trade / Exim. Age between 25 to 35 Years

**Experience & industry**:2 to 3 Yrs. Experience in Exim Dept.

**Remarks**:Conditional Formatting Cell Styles Preference Location Near by Wanawadi area or willing to relocate

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
