Credit Collection Executive

**Experience**: Any Graduate/post graduate with sound knowledge of accounting, collection, billing cycle & account receivable related reports can prefer for this position. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience preferred

**Key Responsibility**:
Ø Daily monitoring of accounts and open orders for credit review.

Ø Manage customer credit files; ensure maintenance of accurate credit files and collection files

Ø Need to circulate collection status to concern stakeholders /Sales Team/Service Team on weekly basis.

Ø Interact daily with clients to request due and overdue payments and resolve payment issues
- this is to be completed by achieving assigned collections targets.

Ø Need to ensure that payments are posted to client’s accounts. If any dispute related to invoice, payment, service which impact on collection, this dispute need lodge into the system & update process to concern stake holders.

Ø Communicate with the Sales Department on past due accounts at specified intervals. Inform to sales/service /credit controllers representatives and management of significant changes in account status in a timely and professional manner.

Ø Act in compliance with company goals, policies, and procedures as they pertain to collection activity, and specified Accounts Receivable goals and objectives.

Ø Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships within the department and company.

**Basic Skills & Expertize**:
Ø Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required

Ø Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and complete work assignments in an accurate and timely manner

Ø Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Ø Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to shift focus on new priorities

Ø Must be team oriented.

Ø Ability to work closely with Sales to ensure credit and collection guidelines are adhered to and quickly resolve issue.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

- Naroda, Ahmedabad - 382330, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Credit Collection: 3 years (preferred)
