**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper records for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for data entry.
- Perform regular data backups and maintain data security protocols.
- Generate reports as needed and assist with data analysis.
- Respond to inquiries related to data and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹10,602.17 - ₹13,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
