**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and market the company's products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Meet and interact with doctors (GPs, specialists), pharmacists, and hospital staff regularly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and briefings to medical professionals.
- Regularly follow up on leads and maintain daily call reports.
- Ensure product availability at retail and wholesale counters.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and field updates to the reporting manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Science/Pharmacy background preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory (Kanpur & Lucknow).
- Own vehicle preferred.
