**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care**:

- Monitor and record vital signs, assess patient responses, and report any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including notes on observations, treatments, and care provided.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies in record-keeping.
- **Patient Education**:
- Provide patient and family education on managing conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care post-discharge.
- Encourage patient participation in their own care through effective communication and guidance.
- **Safety and Infection Control**:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to hospital hygiene and safety protocols.
- Follow infection control procedures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
- **Professional Development**:
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain nursing skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:GNM Nursing OR BSC Nursing
- **Experience**: 0-5 Years
- **Skills**: Strong patient care skills, attention to detail, communication, empathy, and adaptability.
**Work Environment**:
- Hospital or clinical setting with shift-based work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
