**Responsibilities**:

- Working as the first point of contact for students.
- Plays a crucial role in guiding students by understanding the need / requirement of the students on the call and accordingly suggest the program that would be beneficial to the students
- Encourage students to take admission over the call.
- Providing telephonic counseling to the students.
- Follow up with the interested students.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enroll students.
- Create and maintain prospect records in the SFDC and other databases.
- Utilize data in the SFDC and manage individual enrollment workflow throughout the funnel.
- Attend training sessions to receive updated information about academic programs, admission policies, and governmental regulations.
- Participate in corporate events as assigned by the Reporting Authority.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/MBA with at least a year of relevant experience. Strong sales or counseling background and people skills preferred, background in customer service, sales, marketing, and higher education are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, proactive, and have a problem-solving approach at work.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM, and social media platforms.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
