**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing solutions and resolving inquiries in a professional manner.
- Engage with customers via live chat, offering real-time assistance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to optimize the customer service process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,542.70 - ₹19,603.62 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
