**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for high-ticket clients in both
- domestic and international markets.
- Conduct telecalling campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
- Utilize sales automation tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and
- solutions to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and
- network with potential clients.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT/software sales, with a focus on high-ticket
- clients.
- Proficiency in using sales automation tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Advantage Skills**:

- Experience in both domestic and international sales.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the IT/software industry.
- Experience with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and legal aspects of sales.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior sales team members.
- A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
