Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop design concepts that align with client brand guidelines and effectively communicate their message.
- Produce high-quality graphics and multimedia content that enhances the overall user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with team members to refine design concepts.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various digital platforms.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while working on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Location**:
This position is based at our office in Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
