**What can you expect?**

As a Sales Support Coordinator 5,
- You would be managing end to end order management and customer engagement for Greater Asia channel partners
- Deliver enhanced partner experience on aspects of order processing. Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction scores related to OM
- Periodic review with key partners on metrics, operational issues and improvement of key metrics
- Strong knowledge on reporting and analytics to draw attention to key insights and issues
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to meet partner requirements

**You would be the right if you have**:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent understanding and 4+ years’ experience in order management process
- Advanced written and verbal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
