**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Class 9-10**: Introduction to Economics, Business Concepts, Financial Literacy.
- **Class 11-12**: Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Use real-life examples, case studies, and current events to make lessons relevant and engaging.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and mock exams; analyze and share feedback.
- Guide students in project work, presentations, and research assignments.
- Provide individual support to students struggling with concepts or exam preparation.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests (e.g., CUET).
- Maintain proper records of attendance, performance, and assessments.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school functions, and academic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s Degree in Commerce / Accountancy.**:

- **B.Ed. (mandatory).**:

- 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience, especially at the senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with NCERT syllabus and board exam patterns.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Ability to integrate digital tools (PowerPoint, simulations, finance tools) in lessons.
- Analytical thinking and conceptual clarity.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in coaching students for competitive exams is a plus.
- Ability to instill an interest in commerce and entrepreneurship among students.
- Creative, energetic, and student-centric teaching approach.
- Up-to-date knowledge of financial and business trends.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
