**Qualifications**:

- **Master’s degree in Commerce or related field.**:

- **Bachelor of Education (B.Ed**) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience as a PGT Commerce teacher in a reputed institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver science lessons in accordance with the ICSE curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, attendance, and grades
- Prepare and administer periodic assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress
- Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops to stay updated with educational trends
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize various teaching methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Stay informed about the latest developments in science education and incorporate new techniques into the classroom
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, fairs, and competitions

**key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective commerce lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with educational standards and objectives.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate and assess students' performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding and performance in commerce.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and conducive classroom environment for learning.
- Address and manage any disciplinary issues in accordance with school policies.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide academic guidance and support to students, including extra help sessions when necessary.
- Monitor and report on the progress and development of students to parents and school administration.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school activities.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of commerce and education.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and school management to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
