*Job Summary:*

Provide exceptional dining experiences to guests in our 5-Star hotel's restaurants, bars, and lounges. Deliver impeccable service, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:*
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Provide menu knowledge, recommendations, and pairing suggestions
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of experience in a 5-Star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Fluency in English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification an asset

*Physical Requirements:*
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with variable temperatures

*Working Hours:*
- Rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- 8-hour shifts, with 1-2 days off per week
